Theater at Foxcroft Academy
The Foxcroft Academy theater program was established as a curricular activity in 2010, and has become a hit with both students and the Dover-Foxcroft community alike. Our courses give students an opportunity to hone and refine their skills at live storytelling, while learning everything from crewing a show to script reading and using light, live audio, and sound effects to set a scene. Our One-Act plays bring together our most accomplished student actors and technicians for an intensive rehearsal and production process, to be showcased in performances at the Center Theatre, culminating with participation in the MPA competition each March.
Theater is a verb before it is a noun, an act before it is a place.
