Financial Aid
FA’s tuition rate is very competitive amongst New England boarding schools. We do provide some limited, need-based financial aid. February 1st is the deadline for all financial aid paperwork.
For all applying students:

Students requesting financial aid must submit a letter of request to the admissions office for review by the Scholarship and Financial Aid committee. The letter should explain in detail the reason for and the amount of financial aid that is being requested. All financial aid information is kept in strict confidence.

The admissions office will send financial aid forms to be filled out and submitted. Please note that if your parents live in separate households, both parents must complete forms.

The Admissions office will notify accepted candidates of the Scholarship and Financial Aid Committee’s decisions. The candidate must make a decision on acceptance of the financial aid award within the time frame indicated in the enrollment agreement.

Any scholarship or financial aid is contingent on the student successfully demonstrating progress towards Foxcroft Academy graduation standards, active engagement in the school community and upstanding citizen status within the student body.

Returning students need to renew status by March 15th in order to guarantee scholarship and financial aid awards.
