The Common Application is used by 500 colleges and universities across the United States.  You can complete one Common Application and submit it to up to 20 schools.  Please speak with your assigned guidance counselor about supplements and teacher recommendations.

Foxcroft Academy enjoys a strong partnership with the surrounding community and requires all students to perform a minimum number of hours of community service each year, totaling 36 hours by graduation–though many students go beyond this minimum. A community service requirement provides valuable experience and is integral to the fulfillment of FA’s mission for its students. Different experiences in service teach a lesson in giving to others and demonstrate the concept of community stewardship.

Many colleges and universities require standardized test scores as part of the application process.  Additional information about the SAT, SAT Subject Tests, ACT, and TOEFL is available.

Contact Jennifer Dunton for more information about registering for the TOEFL Exams administered at Foxcroft Academy. 

You may access test prep for the PSAT, ACT, SAT, SAT Subject Tests, and ASVAB through the Testing Center portal in the Foxcroft Academy library database. Type in “ponies” for the password, click on “College Prep Tools,” and select the test you’d like to prepare for. For the Military ASVAB (Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery), click on “Career Tools” and choose Military ASVAB.

Learn about the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) and/or create a CSS profile.  Complete an extensive profile at either Scholarships.com or FastWeb and scholarship information will be emailed to you regularly!

Students must complete a Student Data sheet in order to request a letter of recommendation from a school counselor.

Visit the NCAA Eligibility Center for Prospective Athletes to learn about eligibility requirements for Division I and II athletes. (Division III athletes don’t need to go through the NCAA Clearinghouse.)
